It is the process of washing, roller set, blow drying and flat iron, it is chemical free and is great for all kind of hair regardless of its texture and race, when is done the right way, it does NOT cause damages on the hair and it is recommended to have it done weekly or bi-weekly, depending on the client's desire or need.
What is a Brazilian blowout?
It is the process of keratin treatment and involve the substance of keratin, it help with breakage and treated hair to recover all lost keratin during process of coloring, bleaching, etc... it is a very healthy treatment recommended to all kind of hair and it offer the choice of leaving the hair straight for few months or not.
Do you work with Natural African-American hair?
Yes, as a Dominican Salon, with Dominican hairstylist, we are very familiar with all kind of hair texture and take pride of working on all of it.
What kind of products do you use?
We have a large variety of products to use according to the scalp/hair need and condition, we also use organic products very often in our clients to help protect their hair and keep less contact possible with chemicals.
Do you ONLY work with African American hair?
NO, we serve all kind of hair, we take pride on handling with excellence all kind of hair, no matter the ethnicity.
I've heard of amino acid treatment and Japanese treatment, what are they and what are the benefits for my hair?
Both are great smoothing hair treatments with great benefits for the hair, we personally recommend the amino acid as it is an amazing and healthy way to achieve faster hair growth and shine, amino acid is not a permanent curl pattern smoother while the Japanese treatment is, to be clear on the Japanese treatment you can count on another type of relaxer.
